Mark and recall
All you need to do is go to the port of Mithria and travel to "lost arch" . When you get there pick up the civil hammers on the ground. There is about 20 of them and are worth around 800 gold. Find the tavern (note: there is no sign out side of it.) It's the elbow building near the library. Walk in side and select cards. You can bet up to 10,000 gold per game.
Side notes: make sure you mark a spot in Freymore so you can recall back. You can't get back until you complete the main quest here and it's recommended for level 45 players so be sure to get mark and recall. Also, save every time you win a card game incase you lose you can just load the last save and you won't lose any money
