You spawned there when you started the game. Do you mean how do you get back?

Thank you my friend,I m stuck with the quest how to free Ivan and find the item for dream lord,I don't get quest form mr.teseoglu.

That might be a glitch about getting the quest from Teseoglu. Not a bug but a glitch somehow. I hope you have an earlier save file.
You don't have the quest to seal the wormhole?

No I don't,I saved files and try to talk with him but still no quest.
