Fix Teleporter

Where is the teleporter repair book I need to appease the Goblin leader? I found Rukin's house, but he's never there. I'm assuming that I don't necessarily need him, just his book. Any help on this quest would be so much appreciated!

Go to Belovodsk Square and find his house. There's a pergamon that tells you he has his shop there. If you have the quest, hit his door.

Nevermind, i finally figured out myself. You got to break into the home!
