I am lost. I have been searching for a long time and I can't find the papers for Old Natalie in the casino. Also, I don't know how to beat the dragons in the casino. Can someone please help me.?

For the papers, there might be a boat you should investigate in the north of Fort Pokygrad.

And there are dragons in a hole next to where old Natalie's son's shop is located. Near the Orc bodyguard.
