Tomb of Skulls

Hello! I'm in the Tomb of Skulls and can't find the key for the locked door upstairs. I saw from a previous post (A Harp for Fluffy) that Lady Snaasa is supposed to give me a quest - but all she says is that she's busy with grave matters. I've cleared out the whole area down in the pit of the crypt and have explored it pretty thoroughly. I'm at a loss. Am I missing something? Thanks!
