Please what is the exact location of Silvergirl? I searched whole Kosney’s castle 1st floor but couldn’ t find her! I need from her a wuest to get a sword.

By the way: how do i get to the 2nd floor?? I did the quest of the tzar, aquiped the belt of chaos but i still can not go down the hole!
