Is there anyway to see your magical bonuses and so forth on your items by viewing your inventory... Or must we go to see a shop vendor to view the items there?
It would be really convenient if we could see an items attributes within our inventory backpack.

You can. If the item is blue, it's magical. Just click on it to see its attributes. If all you see is armour equipped at the bottom left, then click the "Aa" button at the bottom right.

All those buttons are filters for your inventory; the asterisk shows all inventory items.
