Does this potion actually do anything? I have used it twice, but my attributes never increased. I used one homemade and another of which I found. Is there a base level requirement, or completion requirement?

I was just about to ask the same thing! Doesn't seem do do anything at all.

Nevermind. Seems it just raises each stat by +1.
