Enchanting Bows & Crossbows

What is the best enchantment to apply to bows & crossbows to increase damage? Two related questions: 1) Does Accuracy effect damage with ranged weapons, or just chance to hit? 2) Does Heavy/Light Weapons skill have any effect on bows & crossbows?

Both Accuracy and Light/Heavy Weapon skill contributes to Bow and Crossbow damage (as well as Strength and Dexterity, differently for Light and Heavy weapons).
