Silver Peak Battle for the Switch

So this battle with a mage & six orcs to get to the switch is nearly impossible for my battle mage. I managed it but reloaded because it cost me a dozen full health potions. How are people tackling the massive orc melee damage?

Drink as many Fortify Melee potions as you can. There is also Stone Skin. There are times when you have to fight melee with melee.

They carved right through my Stoneskin. I followed the Council Mage’s lead and teleported out of the gauntlet and paid them a visit on my own terms. Finished to core game last night. Loved it! Just need to visit the dwarves before heading off to the first expansion:)

Exactly. Stone skin and, even more, the great combination of Fortify Melee + Dual Wield is the most useful here (and, of course, some healing potions)

Recall outside de cave and go back in so they can't attack from behind.
