Mark and recall slots

How do you get more mark and recall slots? I get them but idk how or where. Is there a stat that makes more slots appear or something? Also, what is the max limit for this?

Increase environment magic or inteligence, env magic does more. I have over 700 or something so no real limit.
You have 20 save slots use them all. Save after every quest, save before going into a dungeon, save, save save!!

Jamie, do you have 700 Environment magic or 700 mark/recall slots?

Over 700 mark spots.
My full env magic suit gives me something like 400-600 env magic and using fortify magic potions I can easily do super enchanting.
