Potions and spells

Can someone point me to a description of what each potion and spell does? And what is useful/useless to each race? thanks

Sorry but there are no lists of full descriptions (at least I know none), check them in the game, in your inventory. If you switch the clothing screen to a text screen you can read descriptions about the potions when you tap on them. As well as you can read about all spells inside your spellbook. (Or, of course, if you go to a shop and tap on the potions/spells there, you can read descriptions too.)
