I found Rubor in jail, but now can't get out. There doesn't seem to be a drain without a grate unless it's in the one cell I can't get into... My lock pick is currently 103 but it simply won't let me pick the darn lock!! Anything I can do? Please help!

Probably you missed a secret button on a wall... Stand right on the spike trap at the west and turn left. : )
