Strong Unlock Spell or Wand, where to buy/find?

Hi, I am unable to open the red door in the thieves guild, I believe it requires me to possess the strong unlock spell or wand. Unfortunately I am unable to buy it at any of the stores (I tried all 4 cities stores)
Any idea where it is usually stocked so that I can check back, and how often do store items for sale change.

I was able to clean out the rest of the items from the thieves guild, but am unable to complete the quest as this one red door stays locked. I only have weak unlock and my lock picking skills are not enough, am at level 14.

Just keep trying the magic shops at Mithria and Phryn. Every day they have new items for sale. The strong unlock wand is one of them. : )

A less Time consuming option would be to save right before entering a shop and then checking in numerous times, loadin back to before you entered the shop when you did not get the item you were looking for, very useful trick.
