Where can I go to increase my stealth? I'm at 30 now.

You can either read a skill book, spend skill points to increase it by 2 per level or find a trainer. I would recommend the Cursed Chess Set expansion if you have it, as low leveled players can go to the guild left of the blacksmith and have each skill trained to 70.
Btw stealth is an almost useless skill.

It's not useless if you like stealing which I do and I have stealth VERY high

Stealing is cool : ), I also used this skill a lot when I played with the main game. But of course I was a thief.
