The Quest: after thurms quests and the murder in vastares

Hello everybody, I am replaying The Quest for the 3rd time, and am wondering what to do at this point as I have forgotten. I have dealt with all of thurms quests and the nobleman/guy in the big castle quests (the one with the murder). I now have an active quests screen with only the main quest on it. Which quest is next? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks

Depending on your level, you may be ready to make your way over to Phryn (I suggest around Lv. 9 or 10). If not, there are two nearby dungeons that can give you a boost to your experience, the one in the No-Man's Land region, and another just south of it in the Barren Peak region. Hope I helped!!
