Where can a low level (10-ish) acquire a crossbow? They only came in the game at fire and ice right but I can't find any there. Also where can I find an accuracy trainer?

Accuracy trainers are everywhere in towns and villages so just look around, for fire and ice save before goin in and load back if you don't find anything (much better than sleeping it through)

Also there is one in te lost archipelago you can get for free at around 600-750 damage but then it takes all the fun out of fighting monsters
