I have The Quest Gold. What expansions should I get?

Will it edit where I am in the game? Where my save still be there? Please answer.

What do you mean will it edit where you are and will your saves still be there?
When you enable an expansion you just add it---your saves will still be there==as should your marks and recalls.
As a creator of the Zarista expansions, I recommend my favorite, Mithril Horde I as it gives you some nice high-powered items and I really enjoyed putting in the quests---but then there isn't one of our expansions that I didn't enjoy putting in---I just have a fondness for that one. : )

Is it possible to get ALL expansions? And should I beat the main quest before I get the expansion?

Mithril Horde 1? I interrupted proceeding with the main quest in the base game and completed its low level version.

It's possible to get all the expansions. : ) It's up to you whether you want to beat the main quest first. You can weave in and out of expansions and the base game.
A purist would play the base game and the the Official Expansion and then the other expansions in their order.
It's really up to you. : )
