You can get big amounts of cash by selling them.

Wow, I'm just gonna sell all of it since its wasting my inventory space. I thought they were items for enchanting or quests. Btw the ores that i found in iron knob mine in the cursed chess set, i could trade it in for a weapon/armor. But is it worth it? because so far i cant find anyone that could enchant 1500 slot at once

Mostly jewelry shops sell gems so you can sell them there.

Bartering with the Dwarf in Iron Mines is a great idea. No one can enchant that high...except you. If your Intelligence is high enough you can keep Enchanting higher and higher end items. I'm not sure the upper limit, yet. You need high Intelligence, Mana, Magic and Environment skills if I remember right. Since everything can only be a top 100 for you, plus whatever you can enhance to with wearable items and potions, there has to be an upper limit to how high you can enchant. But it has to be WAY up there.
