Question about Spell Damage

What other ways other than attack spell lvls are there for getting more magic damage? I know intelligence just gives you more mana. I want to know cause i found something that says it gives a bonus to cure light wounds, but i didn't know what it was. Are there more of those items out there and how do you use them? If sylon or any one that knows the guides can help. Much appreciated.

The best way is to increase the skill which is needed for that spell. Please read the game's manual for more details here:

If you'll able to enchant an item with bonus skill points of course you'll have any item you need for increasing your attack magic or any other skill.
Yes, there are items like that in the game too. For example, if you find and wear a sword which is enchanted with +10 attack magic skill, you'll have that bonus until you have that sword in your hand.

Intelligence is not only for getting more mana. Many skills are depending on IQ too. (Read the manual above.) Higher IQ also means more mark spots for the mark spell, etc.
