I m doing the 3 skull quest but i have a problem with the ogre skull i can t take it from the pownbroker. First time i went there i found a girl it was for another quest and i did it but now when i go there it say locked none inside. What i ve to do?

Are you sure you are searching on the right place?
The pawnbroker's "shop" is south from that girl. There's a paper on the wall by his door saying "knock before you step in". That's what you're searching for.
