How do u get an evil allignement because to weil the unholy twisted rapier i need 1

Not sure, but I think you became evil if you have crime and bad fame.

Yes If you want evil alignment you need to lose fame, and commit crimes - but personally I just sell evil alignment stuff and stick with good, it's better to decide early on if you want to be evil or good - hope this helps
