Please some body help me get off treasure island I've killed nearly everything I can and I can't get access to to the key for the door on the lower level on the pyramid, please help

I think you missed the secret wall buttons on the yellow level of the pyramid... When you are on the yellow level (right below the starter level) check the walls, two little bricks are there with different color. Push them and see what happens on the other levels.
