How does one get out of Vastares Jail after breaking out of his/her jail cell? Thanks!

After coming out of your cell, turn left, there'll be three windows. Click/tap the one to the left.
If you have been really too busy,
And you feel your head being dizzy,
It's recommended to have a rest,
I have a good offer-play the Quest! : )
