The mayor says he won't help me with the Governor's sickness until I help his people. I already found the girl's sister, but I couldn't find the loot chest for it. The innkeeper mentioned a rotten food+drink shortage, and I have lots, but I don't know how to give it to him. I'm not a Rasvim, if it helps. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I have lots of lockpick skill, but I can't find the chest.

Also, how do I give Rotto food? Is it just through the trade window?

Do you mean the one with the Vastares Nobleman's stuff in it? It's in the Barren Forest (hollow tree).

Where did you find her sister?? I can't find her anywhere lol -_-

You need a special hammer found around there and smash some rocks that are blocking a path next to her house to find her sisters house
