Posted: Wed Jul 10, 2013 3:10 pmSorry, the base game contains no more trainers for this skill, but if you have the official expansion pack (Islands of Ice and Fire), you can travel there at any time during your gameplay and you'll find a Jeweler right in the first city who can train you up to 70.
