How do I get expansions

Do you mean you can't get them? Are you playing the game on iOS? If yes, just go to our homepage's iPhone section and check all the expansions, there you can read all necessary info about them and find an url to purchase them:

If you need the playing order of them, check their recommended level. There are some low level expansions which you can start with a newly created character (or with an early save from the main game), there are the official expansion (Islands of Ice and Fire) which you can start right after finishing the main game, and there are many high level expansions which you can start when your character's level is high enough for them.
