Everytime I try to attack a guard to commit a crime it says "by order of the Govenor your crime records have been cleared" is there any way to fix it

If this is at the end of the game, then you can't do anything, sorry. The game was made in this way, I mean first finishing all sidequests, then finishing the game itself. It was our fault because we didn't think about this sidequest's "crime record" problem at the end and now I can't see any way to fix it. The prisons are working in this way in the game (if you have some crime you can get in) and the story's ending is working in this "record clearing" way.
