in vastaras you can buy skeleton keys, what do you use them for

You can, I believe, use them on a couple of quests and also to break into some houses/shops at night.

oh so thats what their used for! I thought that was it but i couldnt find any windows that were off at night

Believe you use them on the door of a house.

Try it out on doors in maps "Vastares City Center" and "Outlands of Vastares". I'm sure it will work on a few doors there, and probably there are more possibilities, I don't remember it exactly.
