Drain hp

How is drain hp calculated, b/c I don't know if it still retains it's usefulness in higher lvl expansions.

I'm not about to do the math for it, but I would assume as a percentage of the damage you deal (within a random range) or as a root of the amount you deal. It should work on high- level expansions. Just go to LA or something, make a save file, enchant something, and hit a monster.
