Senera not offering Sunken Monastery quest

Is there a trick to getting this quest that I'm missing?
The Librarian in Vastares won't offer me the quest to find that book. I've looked in the guides but they don't say how to trigger the quest. Talking to her just has her tell me to sshh in the library. I've tried talking to villagers about gossip to trigger it but no luck.
Do I have to get further in the game to get it to start or is because Im evil that she won't give it?

Are you playing the PC/PPC version?

Yep PC version. Is it not in my version?

Yup. In order to update it:
1. Download the editor from The Editor thread on this forum
2. Replace TheQuestBase.pdb file with the bigger one from the editor folder.

It might get buggy, so it's best to do it only if you're through with every quest or haven't started playing.
