Which magic shop has the highest chance of selling mark. I'm level 14 on my current character, and I still don't have mark.

Try the one in... any city or town. You can even get it in Matras, just keep reloading your save until she sells the spell.

Alright, I'll keep trying for it, hope fully soon. I'm about tired of sailing everywhere, lol
