You are too weak for this area of the game. You need to be at least level 10. Go back to an easier area of the game and kill all of the enemies, rest or wait for 7 days and then kill them all again. You could also complete other quests if you have any available. Try to get better armor (Heavy Armor is best) and many health/mana potions. If this is your first time playing then I strongly suggest you start over and choose another class. Undeads are more difficult to play with because they have much less food, water, and healing items available.
