At what level can I create permanent potions? I looked in the Alchemy guide and it doesn't specify level.
I'd ask there, but no other board is really active

I think I made some at around lvl 50. All you need is three ingredients that fortify whatever skill you want. You can only drink one potion that permanently increases your stats per level, so you must level up to drink another. There is a potion that you can make called Wow; the potion adds one point to Endurance and Strength.You may need the Cursed Chess Set expansion to make the Wow potion.
