I have Lost Archipelagos and CCS but when i visit capt. Verra He says i cant go to Vastares or Miyhria and he does not give me anynew places to go. Should i re install the app(Quest Gold) or...?

Lost Archipelagos and all expansions in The Quest Gold are high level expansions, so you have to go to Captain Hanty in Mithria harbor to travel to them.
Cursed Chess Set should be accessible from Matras, by talking to Captain Verra. Have you enabled the expansion?

I have enabled it twice and still nothing.

You have to restart The Quest Gold to let the changes take effect. To exit it, double tap the home button, then tap and hold it's icon until a minus sign (white in red) appears in the top left corner of the icon. Tap that, then start The Quest Gold again.
