Alright so I'm kinda confused with this. Have the quest, went and talked to Lennora, then went and talked to the guy, his name is Berg, and he just says "ah bryan how are ya?" No chat options either. So I'm assuming im screwed as far as this quest goes?

Also one more question. The break into gurutz house. I successfully broke into his house and got the stuff. Then I went to his new house in stone village and get no type of chat option to complete the quest. Only one is "I know you". So is this another quest I probably can't complete?

Well, in order to gain entrance into his old house, you will need a certain sneak level. Otherwise, it will not let you in; it must be done at nighttime.

Yes I successfully got into his old house and took the stuff. When I go to him in stone village, the only chat option I get is "I know you". He talks about moving I think or something like that. No other chat options.
