How to raise persuade skill?

I need to raise persuade skill to get the jeweler to confess to murdering The governor how can I raise my skill?

I talked to inn keeper in mantras and trained it to max with him I need to find someone else to train me

You need a persuade level of 26. What I would do is buy some armor and enchant it with enough persuade levels to get you to 26.

Well I leveled up and put all points into it now I'm just one point away from 26 so I will enchant some armor like u said or if I figure another way now iam having troubles getting to the monastary of vastares to do the exorcise the demon quest I keep getting slaughtered by enemies any suggestions

Hmm I'm not sure. Maybe try to get it higher? I looked at the quest guide and it says 26.


As for your other problem what level are you? You could just be under leveled

I'm level 6 beside the main quest and the nobleman inheritance quest I am stuck on I didn't have any other quests so I adventured into the cemetary area and got the Destroy and exorcise demon quests wasn't really sure where I should go I even tried raising persuade to 28 and the jeweler still dosnt confess just says its sad he was best business man around ect I'm not sure what to do at this point

I would do some more quests to raise your level, that's probably why you're having trouble with the Enemies in the Demon quest. If you are having trouble finding out where to go use some of the guides to figure out where to pick up some of the quests.

As for the Nobelmans inheritance quest, did you first talk to the Norgur? He will be the one to incriminate the Jeweler. Then when you talk to the jeweler there should be a chat option "about the Nogur" or something like that

Well I think I talked to nogur and he said it was jeweler but when I talk to jeweler it doesn't give me chat option and I went back to nogur and his door is locked I don't know maybe I accidentally said I would turn in nogur and saved game I don't think I did though I don't know what to do about this quest still

That could be it. If that's what you did that will lead to failing the quest unfortunately. If this is the case do you have an older save you could go back too?

Did you perhaps say to the jeweler you would take half the gold From the chest instead of turning her in? If you did that the chest is in the Barren forest.

I don't have a older save I don't think I said I would turn in norgur though I did just to see what would happen but went back to the save I had before and said I would talk with jeweler but I'm not 100 percent sure I'm pretty sure I didn't tell jeweler I would split money either can I still get chest I'm not sure what to do can I still finish the game without finishing this quest

You can still finish the main quest without this quest. It's just a side quest so don't worry. I highly recommend keeping multiple saves with this game so if you screw up you can go back to an older save.

Oh I already started a new game lol oh well at least I know now thanks for help ill post again if I get stuck
