Bought the gold edition, which is supposed to have several expansions on it I completed everything in the quest, and now I do not know how to get into the other expansions. When I look at the App Store at each of the games for quest for fire and ice and so forth they still want me to buy them. I bought them already with gold edition. Is there a way to get to those other expansions within the game? If not I would like a full refund.

Yes, go to the port of Mithria, and speak with captain Hanty. He'll allow you to go to other cities, as well as the expansions.
