I cant upgrade my light weapon skill anymore even when my lvl increase. It is at 110 now. So is there a skill limit to learning skills through skill points? And will this limit increase when i get new expansions? (I am at HOL 1 now)

I believe the limit is 100, without enchantments. Though, once you reach 100, you can read skill books to go past that threshold.
