Sun Amulet of Fortify Magic 30%

It increases all of your magic skills by 30% when casting spells. It'll help in any spellcasting.It doesn't show on the info panels, because of "reasons"... Sorry about that. As you already know, that part wasn't written by me. And at this point I'd rather not touch it, unless it's really important (like a crashing bug).
