Best buyable gear with most Enchantment Storage?

I bought all the expansions and I am currently trying to get 4 copies of an outfit with the most Enchantment Storage.

I currently own 4 copies of each item: 2 CivilStriker's Talon, Goggles Hat, Her Pants, Scion of Death Robe, 2 Shia's Ring, Studded Armor, Amulet of Power. All of them are 4k+ Enchantments gear.

I am currently looking for the best Buyable boots in game. Is the Astral Boots the one with the most enchant storage for light armor boots?

Can anyone confirm if I have the best in slot items in terms of buyable/respawning items across all the 15 games so far?

Edit: Also, if you have bought the old PC version and the expansions, you could probably use the editor to check out the list of equipment in each expansion and check which ones have the highest enchantment storage. It won't give you an easy way to know how to get them though unless you check through the programming of the quests as well, etc. but that would probably spoil the game.
