Ground skeleton loot?

Postby SapientNode » Mon Nov 14, 2016 3:27 pm

Looking at the map I see skeletons marked as something like a line next to a wall. Are they supposed to have loot? I am a bit confused at times what orientation I need to be facing to loot so I thought I am missing a ton of skeleton loot.
Thanks

Skeletons are not lootable. :)

Lootable objects are indicated by red markings on the map. Either barrels or the like or shelves.

Ok thanks
Do areas respawn and after thieving someone do they get more loot eventually?

Areas respawn after you have been away for at least one week in game time. That includes monsters and containers, pickable ingredients don't respawn. I think people walking around count as 'monsters' for respawning.

You don't need to grind the same area though, there are plenty of things to kill/loot or pickpocket around Freymore. You can become very powerful without any grinding. It's your call, of course.

If you have a bunch of food (or if you don't, use the spell create food) then you can rest as long as you need for items and enemies to re spawn. I find the resting time is somewhere around (edit) 7 days for respawning. Although I have noticed that some items on shelves (ex. Governors necklace) do not respawn.
