Which attributes does each one affect?
How does each work if put on a weapon (at what skill level is it cast?)
Does it stack per hit?

Warrt gives -5 strength (until cured). Plague gives -10 strength/dexterity/endurance.

There is no skill level to it, these are the effects. It doesn't stack.
