Weapons between worlds

I'm being sneaky by going through to Ice and Fire and playing lots of Gol'crop and then buying the better weapons and armour etc and then I will travel back to Freymore. Before I do so can all the items I buy including the crossbow be able to be transferred back to freymore to use there?
