But I guess I'm making two separate things now.
How do I get Mark and Recall quickly? I got Recall in matras but Ithuld or whatever never sells Mark.

Mark and Recall are being sold in the same shops. If you try enough, you'll get both.

Monsters also sometimes drop spell books too.

I'm sure you've found them by now, but the main spell shop in matras sells both. I just bought them there.
