Is there a stat that improve magic defense? I hate getting battered by lvl 5 magic things... At lvl 9 with over powered gear...

You can enchant armor to resist magic. As a Rasvim player, Magic really ticks me off.

Well, there isn't really a "stat", as in an attribute you can boost when you level up, BUT you can enchant your gear with "resist magic". You can also just increase your endurance, so you can take more punishment in general. Or, just be tactical and get them right next to you. MOST* magic based enemies will do a weak melee at point blank range, so you can kill them easily.
*I have had a few shamans and floating eyes suicide themselves on me by using fireball at extremely close range. Save often.

This is what I've been doing... As a night I got a magic resist penalty but I still got about +70% resist to magic... I still get owned. Sigh....
