I'm starting to enchant more. What does Fortify Outfit specifically help with. Thanks

Gives you a higher outfit rating. It changes the way people greet you.

Outfit also changes how people react to you in a few quests. Nothing vital for the main quest, but people don't like to let hobos into palaces, for example.
