Where can a buy water canteens?

I’m used to games that practically hold hands with you. I’m getting my little behind kicked in this game.
In almost every fight I need to rest to recover my mana and health. I end up using every single one of my water canteens. I thought I was going to find them for sell at the inn but it doesn’t seen the case.
So where can I find them?
P.S. I hope to make some friends here.
