Is there a way to delete quests that we don’t want to do?
Or perhaps a way to organize quests according to expansions?
Having them all listed is starting to get annoying and I really don’t want to go back and do them.

There is no way to do those things, sorry.

(And there won't be, The Quest will not receive any more feature updates. We hope it doesn't lessen your enjoyment of the game much.)
