Undead spellbook Drain touch

where cani find this spellbook is the only one i need for the achivement on steam , i searched trough all the shops a gazillion times and never got the book , is this book on a secret dungeon or the respawn is aleatory trough all the shops? because i did the method one dev said on a steam discussion( save and reload every time before entering a shop to change the book/goodies) and the book still didnt appeared , so is the spelbook bugged on the pc version or is hidden on some dungeon or do i ned to keep looking trough the magic shops ? any tip?

Yes, it's a rare book. It's random. (It might not have been the best idea to put it into an achievement but that's how it is now.)
Books (and other items) have a "level". So not all items can be found in all shops. This book is low level so you'll be able to find it in either Matras or Vastares (not in Mithria). Keep trying, you'll get lucky.
